Habtoor

Situated on the bank of the Dubai Water Canal is Al Habtoor City. Bay Square, South Ridge, and Downtown Dubai are all nearby. Furthermore, Al Safa, Yansoon, Old Town, and Al Quoz 1 are the neighboring sub-communities. The neighborhood boasts of being close to several famous locations, such as the JW Marriott Marquis, Dubai Bowling Center-Al Quoz 1, and Dubai Canal.

Completed in 2017, Al Habtoor City boasts three skyscrapers on its residential side.
